Therapy

I offer in person and virtual therapy for adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or the quiet unraveling that can come when you’ve been holding it together for too long.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, ICBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate real-life strategies to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your own narrative.

Common themes I support:

  • Anxiety & overthinking

  • Burnout & life transitions

  • People-pleasing & identity shifts

  • Teen stress, perfectionism, or emotional regulation

Details:

  • 45-50 minute sessions

  • Self Pay and Husky

  • Free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a fit

clinical supervision

I offer individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed professionals and licensed clinicians seeking reflective, ethical, and growth oriented supervision.

My supervision style is intentional and accountability-focused, with room for both clinical depth and real-world application. I support you in developing your clinical voice, navigating the complexities of care, and staying connected to the why behind your work - especially if you’re feeling burnt out, stuck, or unsure of your next step.

Supervision includes:

  • Case conceptualization & clinical skill-building

  • Boundaries, burnout, and self-care in the work

  • Ethical dilemmas & systems navigation

  • Self-reflection, professional identity, and confidence

Who it's for:

  • Connecticut LPC Associates / pre-licensed clinicians

  • Licensed clinicians seeking additional clinical consultation

Details:

  • 60 minute in-person or virtual sessions

  • Free 15-minute fit call available

consultation

Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or just starting out, consultation provides a space to think out loud, reflect on practice decisions, and make aligned moves for your career or business. This is for therapists who want support outside of supervision — especially around niche-building, burnout recovery, values-aligned work, or shifting into private practice.

Consultation can support you with:

  • Navigating burnout or career pivots

  • Processing challenging client dynamics

  • Private practice transitions (logistics + identity)

  • Setting boundaries & redefining your workflow

  • Holding space for others while caring for yourself

Details:

  • Not clinical supervision, but deep reflective support
