Therapy FOR YOU + therapy That Gets You

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not yourself? You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out all on your own either.

I help teens, young adults, and professionals navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and all the messy in-between moments with support that feels grounded, real, and actually helpful.

Whether you're navigating your first therapy session or looking to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way - let’s find what works for you.

I offer virtual and in person sessions for Connecticut based clients and virtual sessions for vermont based clients, with flexible appointment times (hello, after school hours!). My approach is warm, practical, and rooted in deep clinical experience. Here’s how we can work together!

Therapy services are available to humans physically located in Connecticut or Vermont (even via telehealth - just not across state lines). I wish I could help everyone, but I have to follow ethics and and licensing laws.

  • Social overwhelm or isolation

  • Big emotions (and learning how to manage them)

  • Identity & self-esteem

  • Boundaries, communication, and transitions

It’s good to have questions! Check Out some common ones below:

  • I offer both! If you live in CT I offer in-person sessions in Middletown, CT. I also offer virtual telehealth sessions that can help make access to therapy easier for you!

I can also see client’s via virtual telehealth session in Vermont.

  • I do not offer family counseling. I want to learn about your supports and see how we can involve them in your healing journey. But I will not provide family counseling.

With my younger clients (18 and younger) there will be some parent involvement, but no family counseling provided. I do stay connected with parents throughout treatment with different strategies and sessions based off of your child’s need.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. However, you can request an invoice (also known as a superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

    Why Out-of-Network?
Choosing to work out-of-network allows us to:

    • Protect your privacy and avoid diagnosis-based treatment

    • Tailor sessions to you, not your insurance plan

    • Stay flexible with our work - especially for growth that isn’t always “medical”

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to check your benefits and understand what they may cover for out-of-network mental health services. You can do this by contacting the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
